Know what your server store actually earns. Log ranks, crate keys, cosmetics, battle passes and supporter subs across Survival, SkyBlock, BedWars, Prison and Creative. See in-game, webstore, Discord, creator-code and vote-site conversion, your best event nights, refunds and chargebacks, active players and uptime against your goals.

What's included: one .xlsx workbook with 3 sheets (Dashboard, Store Log, Data). Sample data is already filled in, so every chart and KPI shows live numbers the moment you open it. Add rows to the Store Log using the drop-downs and the dashboard updates itself. Status cells colour themselves, and goals, prices and targets are editable on the Data sheet. Figures in USD. Colourway: Minecraft greens.

Works in Microsoft Excel (Microsoft 365 or Excel 2016 and later, Windows or Mac). Instant digital download, nothing is shipped.

Licences: 1 ➜ Personal Use for one person, for your own business or hobby. 2 ➜ Commercial Use for a business or organisation of any size, including client work by consultants and agencies.

Frequently asked questions

What do I get when I buy a template?

A download link for the Excel workbook, sent as soon as checkout completes. Each template is a finished dashboard page plus a Data sheet loaded with sample data, so you can see how it works before you add your own numbers.

Which licence do I need?

1 ➜ Personal Use for one person, for your own business or hobby.

2 ➜ Commercial Use for a business or organisation of any size, including client work by consultants and agencies.

Which version of Excel do I need?

Templates work in Microsoft 365 and in Excel 2016 or later. Nothing extra needs to be installed: the dashboards are built with native Excel charts, pivot tables and slicers, no add-ins.

How do I put my own numbers in?

Swap your data into the Data sheet, keeping the column headers as they are. Pivot-driven templates update when you refresh (Data > Refresh All); formula-driven ones update on their own.

Do you build custom dashboards?

Yes. There are three packages: Starter, Interactive and Automated, all quoted on request. Get in touch with the data you have and the questions the dashboard needs to answer.
