Shipping policy

Everything Sky Dashboards sells is digital. Nothing is shipped, so there are no shipping fees, customs charges or delivery waits.

How your download is delivered

  • Your order is fulfilled automatically as soon as your payment is confirmed.
  • We email you at the address you entered at checkout. Your download is in that email and on your order status page (use the "View your order" link in your order confirmation).
  • Each download is your Excel workbook, hosted on Google Drive. You do not need a Google account to download it.
  • Templates come as .xlsx files, or .xlsm files for templates with macros. Some products include more than one file, as listed on the product page.

Delivery time

Most orders arrive within a few minutes. Occasionally a payment is held for a security check, and your download is sent as soon as it clears. If nothing has arrived within an hour:

  1. check your spam, junk or promotions folder for an email from Sky Dashboards;
  2. check that the email address on your order is correct;
  3. email info@skydashboards.com with your order number and we will send your files directly, usually within 1 business day.

Keeping your files

Once you have downloaded your workbook, save it to your computer and keep a backup. Your order status page stays available, and if a download link ever stops working we will send you a fresh copy free of charge.

What you need to open the files

The templates work in Microsoft Excel (Microsoft 365, or Excel 2016 and later, on Windows or Mac). Microsoft Excel is not included. Templates with macros need desktop Excel, because macros do not run in Excel for the web. Google Sheets, Apple Numbers, LibreOffice and Excel mobile apps are not supported, and some features may not work in them. Each product page lists its exact requirements.

Gift cards

Gift cards are emailed with their code, either to you or to the person you are gifting, on the date you choose at checkout.

Custom projects

Custom dashboards are delivered by email or a shared link, on the timeline in your quote.

Where we sell

We currently sell to customers in Australia, Malaysia, Singapore and the United States. Prices are in US dollars, and any tax due is shown at checkout before you pay.
