A fleet management dashboard for transport and logistics businesses, fleet managers and dispatchers. See total expenses, salaries, wages and trips at a glance, with expenses and trips by month, trip classes (close, regular and far), distance travelled, cargo types, driver and buddy income, owned fleet against hired transport and a per-driver summary.

Light and dark themes included: every licence comes with both workbooks, a clean light version and a dark version with the same features, so you can use whichever suits your screen or your brand.
What's included: two macro-enabled .xlsm workbooks (light and dark), each with 5 sheets (Dashboard, Schedule, Data Entry, Pivot, Data). 24 sample trips with two drivers, their buddies and two trucks are already filled in. Pick a driver or months on the slicers and every card, chart and the Trips Schedule follow it. The Schedule lists every trip with driver, buddy, truck, route, goods and distance, highlights far trips and hired transport, and has space for dispatcher notes. The Data Entry form checks your trip, works out salaries and trip expenses, then adds it to the Data table in one click. The currency is one cell on the Data sheet (Thai baht in the sample), so you can switch it to yours. Colourway: indigo & white (light) and indigo & charcoal (dark).
About the macros: the only macro, Add trip, moves the ready row into the Data table inside the workbook and refreshes the pivots. It runs only when you click the button. Click Enable Content when Excel asks; if Excel shows a red Security Risk bar, close the file, right-click it, choose Properties, tick Unblock and reopen. Prefer no macros? The form has a ready row you can copy and paste instead, then use Data > Refresh All. The driver and month slicers work without macros.
Works in desktop Microsoft Excel (Microsoft 365 or Excel 2016 and later, Windows or Mac). The Add trip button needs desktop Excel, as macros don't run in Excel for the web. Instant digital download, nothing is shipped.
