A financial statistics dashboard for business owners, finance leads and analysts. See total income against target, income by source and by breakdown, operating profit by month, average monthly income, your B2B / B2C split and income by country, for any year from 2020 to 2024.

Financial Statistics Excel dashboard in deep green, black and gold, showing income by source, income achieved against target, operating profit and the B2B / B2C split

Two dashboard pages: Income Sources maps six income sources (licensing, renting, subscriptions, usage fees, advertising and asset sales) and their 18 breakdowns around an income-achieved gauge, with operating profit by month and the B2B / B2C split. Geographically plots income by country on a world map, with the sales-achieved percentage and payroll, property and excise taxes.

What's included: one macro-enabled .xlsm workbook with 6 sheets (Income Sources, Geographically, New Entry, Datasets, Pivottables, Calc). Five years of sample data (1,080 lines) are already filled in, so every figure and chart is live the moment you open it. The New Entry form checks your line, then adds it to the Datasets table and refreshes both dashboards in one click. Figures in USD. Colourway: deep green, black & gold glass.

About the macros: the buttons run small macros inside the workbook. The year pills and page buttons switch the view, Refresh updates the pivot tables, and Add entry writes your line into the Datasets table. Click Enable Content when Excel asks; if Excel shows a red Security Risk bar, close the file, right-click it, choose Properties, tick Unblock and reopen. Prefer no macros? The form has a ready row you can copy and paste instead, and the dashboards show the last year you picked.

Works in desktop Microsoft Excel (Microsoft 365 or Excel 2016 and later, Windows or Mac). The buttons need desktop Excel, as macros don't run in Excel for the web. Instant digital download, nothing is shipped.

Frequently asked questions

What do I get when I buy a template?

A download link for the Excel workbook, sent as soon as checkout completes. Each template is a finished dashboard page plus a Data sheet loaded with sample data, so you can see how it works before you add your own numbers.

Which licence do I need?

1 ➜ Personal Use for one person, for your own business or hobby.

2 ➜ Commercial Use for a business or organisation of any size, including client work by consultants and agencies.

Which version of Excel do I need?

Templates work in Microsoft 365 and in Excel 2016 or later. Nothing extra needs to be installed: the dashboards are built with native Excel charts, pivot tables and slicers, no add-ins.

How do I put my own numbers in?

Swap your data into the Data sheet, keeping the column headers as they are. Pivot-driven templates update when you refresh (Data > Refresh All); formula-driven ones update on their own.

Do you build custom dashboards?

Yes. There are three packages: Starter, Interactive and Automated, all quoted on request. Get in touch with the data you have and the questions the dashboard needs to answer.
