Pick a project in the Projects list to see its dates, people, milestone, hours, FTE saving, value and manager comments, with a status badge that changes colour. 72 sample projects (2023 to 2025) are filled in. The Data Entry form checks the required fields, the name, the dates and the figures, then adds the project to the Data table in one click. They run only inside the workbook. Click Enable Content when Excel asks; if Excel shows a red Security Risk bar, close the file, right-click it, choose Properties, tick Unblock and reopen.
